At Higher Vibrations Botanica of Wellness, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted herbal products with care and intention. Due to the nature of our items, please review our policy below.

All Sales Are Final  
Because our products include consumables, herbal blends, oils, and wellness items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at highervibrationsbotanica@gmail.com with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging  

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Issues & Missing Packages  
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.  
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.  

Cancellations  
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as many of our products are made fresh and prepared quickly.

Refunds (If Applicable)  
Refunds are only issued in cases of:
- Verified damaged items  
- Incorrect items sent  

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
